Often in this industry one can be rewarded for ones efforts but nothing beats collecting money off a firm of Solicitors. Recently a client contacted us explaining that they had done some building work for a Solicitors in Essex. The Solicitors had failed to pay their invoice. We suggested not messing around with letters and phone calls but instead took the debtor straight to the Small Claims Court.
