He couldn’t pay his bills, he was fending off creditors and found it very difficult to get the right advice. Bankruptcy followed and when pondering on how to put his life back on track he stumbled upon a company called the Credit Protection Association. He worked for just under a year for CPA until he came to the conclusion that a No Win No Fee debt collection company suited creditors far better than CPA’s business model. They charged considerable up front fees. With the Credit Protection Association it was irrelevant if the debtor paid or not as they had their fees upfront.
From past experience we understand firstly what it’s like to be hounded by creditors, the implications of bankruptcy and the importance of not charging any form of upfront administration fees. Solicitors charge up front fees and win or loose get paid, many collection companies do similar…..In our eyes this leaves little or No incentive to recover your money.
