Non – Paying clients

There is nothing more annoying when we are the instigators of a collection and our client thinks he can get away with out paying the commissions due. It doesn’t happen often but when it does we allow seven days and then it is simply straight to court. We are no different to any other creditor. If a job has been done and a fee agreed, we expect to get paid!

So those clients out there that think they are going to skip paying, think again. We will pursue you through the courts. Oh yes and over a number of years we have as yet not failed to win a case.
