January Window

December proved to be our most successful month of 2013. However January 2014 has started at break neck speed. With collections coming on a worldwide basis. We can report an early success in the United Arab Emirates and congratulations to our team located in that area. A number of other international collections are due to come to a satisfactory conclusion in the next couple of weeks.

We have also experienced success closer to home with recovery coming from a number of business sectors.

It has been noted by our collection team that ‘Bad Tenant Debt’ is very much on the increase. If you are a Landlord, keep a very close eye on your tenants. It is difficult debt to collect, as the tenant often does a runner and that’s the last you see of them. Then the problem becomes expensive as we have to find the debtor before there can be any hope of recovering your money.
