Horse Livery Debt Collection
A debtor in Berkshire ran up an equestrian livery debt in excess of £19,000 can you believe? Following the service of a Statutory Demand and the threat of bankruptcy the debt is now well on the way to being settled. Our collectors had difficulty finding the debtor as she had taken her horses and moved livery yard. However after some detailed detective work the debtor was located 30 miles from the original yard at the yard of Tracey Bailey Racing.
It is a lesson to learn…………do not be taken in by people such as this debtor who dangled a carrot to the livery yard owner pretending she was going to fund an expensive Event Horse for the yard owner to compete.
The debtor had numerous debts spread through out several counties. Feed merchants, Veterinary Surgeons and Blacksmiths had all suffered at the hands of this debtor. Fortunately through our collectors determination this matter is being managed and will be settled shortly.
Like with most debt situations its important to establish what assists a debtor has. In this case numerous searches were carried to establish property ownership, car ownership and of course the horses. The horse ownership can be difficult to establish but in this particular case the ownership was flaunted all over social media. Social media as a rule gives debtors who portray their circumstances as one thing when really it is totally the opposite.
