French Debt Collection

We have been chasing a debtor who partly lives in the UK and partly in France. Problem was we never knew where she would be. What made things worse we had spoken to her a couple of times on the telephone and by e-mail so she all of a sudden became rather difficult to contact.

However using our Process Server in France, he made several attempts to serve a Statutory Demand and on the fourth attempt was successful. The debtor immediately contacted us and we are delighted to report that through the efforts of Debt Collection our client will receive full payment plus costs. Although the matter has taken a lengthy time the end result is very satisfactory.
