French Debt Collection

French Debt Collection can take a number of different routes. It is not often that we have debtors to chase in France when the actual debt has been run up in the UK. This debtor upped sticks and fled the UK. We find ourselves with just such a case where the debtor has left the United Kingdom owing in excess of £19,000.

The fortunate situation is that it is believed that the debtor has assets with a value in excess of €400,000. This is an on going case. We will talk you through the process as the case progress’s and describe it as work in progress…….
