Debtor in Kent

A £4000 debt owed in Kent. It is quite amazing how some companies choose to rip off other companies. Then plead povity and just can’t pay their bills. We have a situation where company (A) employs company (B) to do some work for them. Company (A) gets paid but then fails to pay company (B). Guess what, company (A) then runs out of money!

It is just so easy for any company director to simply hide behind the limited liability laws here in the UK.
