County Court Judgement

It is incredibly frustrating to gain a County Court Judgement for a client in court and then not get paid. We along with the client in effect are left with a worthless piece of paper.

Here at Debt Collection we use the services of the High Court Enforcement Officer. On most occasions this can be a slow process often taking six weeks to implement.

However today we managed to short cut the process by one month by taking the documentation directly to the County Court in question, getting it sealed and returning it to the Enforcement Officer’s.
The debtor is in for a shock with a knock at the door any day………..We will update you once the visit has been made…….
