Collection Success

Today after over eight months of recovery effort we succeeded in collecting a debt from a debtor who attempted to use every trick in the book to avoid payment. Following e-mails, letters and phone calls. Statutory Demand followed by a County Court Summons. Followed by the High Court Enforcement Officer. A debt that started life as £2,500……….could have been settled early on for a £1000. Cost the debtor today just under £5000 in full and final settlement. We are delighted for our client.
