Debt Collection although based in the Cotswolds covers debt collection on a global scale. Don’t feel defeated if your debtor happens to be located in Timbuktu or some other far away location. We at Debt Collection have over time developed relationships with affiliate’s across the globe. Our Agents are carefully selected and have a proven track record for delivering updates and results on time. We work closely with them, receiving weekly updates when necessary. They bring local expertise to our Collections and that expertise we are able to pass on to you, our client.

We will not share any information that our clients have provided us with.

We do not sell information provided to us by our clients to any third party.

Our website has security measures in place to protect our clients.

FEES AND CHARGES: We are a No Win No Fee, commission only debt collection company. Commission charges start at 8% of all monies recovered for debts and clients based in the UK. Commission charges for overseas debts start from 12% of all monies recovered. Other charges could apply.

We do not charge upfront administration fees.

No legal action will ever be entered into with out consent of our client.

In the event of legal fees not being paid by the debtor. All fees will be due directly from our client.

Legal fees are non-refundable and paid by our client prior to commencement. Fees paid in respect of abortive legal work are non-refundable.

If a payment plan is entered into, all commissions are taken in the first monthly instalment. Debtor Tracing is charged at £45.00 plus vat. VAT will be charged at the current rate.

www.debtcollection.co.uk will not be liable for any damage or loss incurred as a result of the debt collection process.

www.debtcollection.co.ukwill discuss with it’s client the most effective debt collection method.

www.debtcollection.co.uk will provide services using its own agents, lawyers and employees.

www.debtcollection.co.uk is employed as the client’s agent.

All debts passed to www.debtcollection.co.uk must be valid.

The client agrees to supply all debtor information without query or delay.

The client agrees to notify www.debtcollection.co.uk of any payments received from the debtor or any payment arrangements.

If you wish to no longer pursue a debt passed to us for collection and works have commenced our agreed commission rate is payable.

All information supplied by www.debtcollection.co.uk. to the client should be treated in the strictest confidence.

In the event of you reverting to your own litigation you are liable to pay our rate of agreed commission.
