No, Debt Collection Partners do not charge any form of up front administration fees.
2. Are you 'No Win No Fee' and if so what does that cover?
We are 'No Win No Fee', with commissions starting at 8% on any monies recovered on a UK debt and 12% on an international debt.
3. Who pays any litigation fees?
You, the client pay all legal fees. These fees are payable up front by agreement with Debt Collection Partners.
Often where lawful we are able to charge the client all these costs. However in the event of non-payment by
the debtor we would look to you for settlement of all fees.
4. Do you have your own litigation team?
Yes, at Debt Collection Partners we have a team of Lawyers who work on your behalf.
